How do I book an appointment?

Scheduling your personalized appointment is easy. Simply visit our online booking service, fill out the client intake form, and request an appointment time.

What paperwork do I need when I book?

You’ll need your blood collection order from your doctor. You may either upload it yourself on our secure, HIPAA-compliant website, or you may have your doctor fax the order to (509) 567-5873. You’ll then fill out the simple intake form on our site, including insurance information, that LabCall will send with your blood work to the appropriate testing laboratory.

What about payments and billing insurance?

LabCall is a blood collection service only and payment is required when you book our services. We do not bill insurance. We will ask for your insurance details so we can forward that information to the testing laboratory.

How can I prepare for my blood draw?

Stay hydrated! Proper hydration will make the process much easier. If your doctor has asked you to fast before your blood draw, or to follow any other instructions, please do so.

We also ask that any animals be secured for our safety and yours.
